Today we’re joined by Massachusetts indie/folk band, Darlingside. The group was named Artist of the Year at the annual Folk Alliance International Conference, and their latest studio album Birds Say explores an interesting blend of ‘60s folk influence with a modern indie rock sensibility. The four multi-instrumentalist musicians who make up the band all share vocal duties as well as songwriting credit on the album, and often practice a collective stream-of-consciousness writing style.
