Nancy's Bookshelf: Stephen Lee Arrington — In DeLorean's Shadow

Stephen Lee Arrington

The John Z. DeLorean drug trial ruled the headlines of newspapers worldwide. The case commanded the attention of the highest levels of the FBI, DEA, CIA, IRS, DOJ, Attorney General's office, Interpol, Number 10 Downing St., and the White House. The defendants were John DeLorean, creator of the DeLorean motor car, Morgan Hetrick, a Texas maverick who claimed to be the number one cocaine smuggler on the west coast, and Stephen Arrington, a US Navy bomb disposal frogman, pilot, and author of this book.

Steve served time in prison before becoming the chief diver and expedition leader for the Cousteau Society. Jean-Michel wrote the preface to the book. Now Steve lives in Paradise. He speaks to schools and runs a nonprofit with his wife Cindy.
