Navy veteran Dennis Wilson now lives in Chico, he grew up in a small Midwestern town in the 1940s and '50s. After he graduated high school he joined the Navy, married his high school sweetheart, and completed college in California. He was a teacher, counselor, and high school principal for 30 years. Throughout his life he enjoyed telling stories of life as a kid in the 1950s small town of Kasson, Minnesota, and has now written a memoir titled "We Had No Fences."
