A wildfire that started Saturday in Shasta County is still burning along Military Pass Road on the border of Klamath and Shasta-Trinity National Forests. At last reportthe fire, dubbed the Military Fire, was 53 acres in size and was 35 percent contained. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
